How Users Opt In
Users opt in to Walk With God text reminders by creating an account or logging in, opening Reminder Settings, choosing Text message as a reminder method, entering a phone number, and checking the SMS consent box before saving reminder settings.
Text reminders are optional. Consent to receive text messages is not required to create an account or use the free Walk With God app.
The in-app opt-in checkbox states: "By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring text message reminders from Walk With God at the phone number I provide. These messages may include daily Scripture focus reminders, prayer/reflection prompts, and account-related reminder updates. Message frequency may vary, up to 1 message per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Consent is not required to create an account or use the free app."

What Messages Are Sent
Walk With God sends faith-based reminder text messages connected to the user's daily reminder settings. Messages may remind users to spend time with God, continue a daily focus, or return to prayer and Scripture.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the user's reminder settings. A typical user may receive up to one reminder per day when text reminders are enabled.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on the user's mobile carrier and plan.
Opt Out And Help
Users can reply STOP to opt out of text reminders. Users can reply HELP for help. The HELP reply provides support information and reminds users they can reply STOP to unsubscribe. Users may also contact walkedwithgodtoday@gmail.com for support.

Phone numbers are used to send selected text reminders and related support. Walk With God does not sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
